New Feature: Product Dashboard

Product Dashboard
Do you need to share reviews across products? Or want to transfer reviews from one product to another? Now all this is much simpler. We have taken “Product Groupings” out of the settings page and upgraded it by giving it it’s own fully functional dashboard.
This Product Dashboard can be accessed directly through the main menu of our Judge.me app, and comes with several impressive features:
Filtering and Bulk Actions (Awesome plan users)
We have introduced sorting, filtering and bulk actions to the dashboard, which eliminates the hassle of making one-by-one selections. Now, you can conveniently add or remove multiple products associated with your product groups for review sharing.
For example, if you want to share reviews across all your fridge magnets, you can go to Type at the top of the table and filter for only “fridge-magnet” products appear. Then, you can select all of these products with a single click and do a bulk update to add them to the same product group at once. You can also use a similar method to easily configure which products you want to include or exclude when Judge.me automatically sends out review requests.
Moving Reviews and Questions
Another big feature we have added is review transferring, which allows you to move all the reviews and/or questions (in Q&A) from one product to another by yourself. No need to contact our customer support to do this anymore! This is particularly useful when you are replacing old or out-of-store products with something similar. Simply transfer the reviews from the old products to their newer counterpart so you don’t have to start from scratch. Imagine that you have run out of stock of Product A, but have the same product in a different color (Product B). With just a few clicks in the Product Dashboard you can update and transfer all of Product A’s reviews to Product B. It’s that easy!

Finally, we have incorporated additional product information such as: SKU, Barcode, and Product tags, so you can easily check these details. You can now see the details of each Product seamlessly.
Moreover, we now display the number of reviews you have of each product, and you can click on this number to view all these reviews via a link to the Review Dashboard. For example, if you have 50 reviews across different dates of a particular product but want to see all of them at once, simply find the product in the product dashboard and click on the number of reviews it has to see them in the Review Dashboard.
